When I started out in practice, I quickly discovered that both physicians and hospitals were taken advantage of by staffing companies who provided no value. That is when I decided to start a moral business with the sole goal - connect high quality family physicians with rural hospitals to provide the best health care services. It then became obvious that my model was beneficial to hospitals and physicians - making a more harmonious relationship. Both parties were happy.
